The context

Verde Mining had deep domain expertise in natural gas bitcoin mining, but the business context was scattered across conversations, materials, training content, and founder knowledge.

The coaching work focused on turning that context into clearer assets: a sharper offer, better sales material, and reusable systems Mike Santaniello could keep using.

The work

Across the later sessions, the work became highly practical.

We used AI to help clarify:

  • the core offer
  • the most useful target-market landing page angles
  • sales one-pagers
  • supporting marketing language
  • reusable business context for future assets
  • the next conversations worth prioritizing

The point was not to invent a new business. It was to organize what Verde already knew into assets that could move sales conversations forward.

The result

Mike described the value clearly.

"It's been strong overall... these last two sessions in particular have been best for me just because they've been super practical for what I'm trying to accomplish."

By the later sessions, Verde had a clearer offer, two target-market landing page plans, two sales one-pagers, and active sales conversations.

"After clarifying our offer, we had three sales calls in one week. If even one closes, that's game changing."

That revenue language should stay framed as pipeline and active opportunity unless confirmed closed. The approved proof point is still strong: clearer positioning, stronger sales assets, and practical AI workflows tied to real business development.
