As our Copywriter, you'll shape how Amplify and our clients communicate—from marketing content that wins attention economically, to product microcopy that guides users through AI workflows, to case studies that translate technical wins into compelling narratives. This role goes beyond traditional copywriting; you'll also craft prompts and response patterns for AI agents, build content systems using light scripting, and run A/B experiments to continuously improve our messaging. You're someone who obsesses over clarity, understands that trust is earned through quality, and can shift seamlessly between writing a landing page, editing an agent's error message, and analyzing conversion data.

- Partner with consultants/engineers to translate outcomes into compelling narratives with quantified value
- Build small tools/scripts (Python/JS) to analyze audiences, create content datasets, and run A/B tests
- Have excellent editorial judgment and obsession with clarity and trust
- Are comfortable using (and lightly scripting) AI tools; willing to learn to code further
- Can shift between strategic messaging and tactical execution
- 30 days: Publish a style guide and first high-leverage pieces (e.g., 'field notes' with real client wins)
- 60 days: Ship a conversion-optimized funnel for a service offering with A/B tests
- 90 days: Build a reusable 'content + data' pipeline that produces weekly signal
- Case study program that quantifies ROI and reads like a good story
- Prompt/style libraries for agent UX that reduce hallucination and speed task completion
- Sales narrative packs: one-pagers, proposals, and demo scripts
