- Forecast cleanly; maintain CRM hygiene and a short feedback loop to product/delivery
- Be the trust barometer—the tie-breaker in competitive cycles
- Have strong discovery, objection handling, and writing skills
- Are comfortable running hands-on demos and able to tweak code or data to prove a point
- Prefer building relationships over transactional selling
- 30 days: Build territory/account map; open 10+ meaningful conversations
- 60 days: Run 3–5 tailored demos with quantified next steps
- 90 days: Close first deal; produce a repeatable narrative and reference chain
